After You Submit

What Happens Once Your Request Lands

01

An engineer reviews it, not a bot

A certified product engineer reads your specs and runs a DFM check to confirm the part is printable and optimized for cost, strength, and finish.

02

You get a real quote in 24 hours

Price and lead time, based on your actual geometry, tolerances, and finish. If something in the design will cost you money for no benefit, we flag it.

03

Approve it and we start

A functional prototype can be in your hands in 48 hours, then scale to 10,000+ units at ±0.127 mm without tooling cost or minimum order quantity.

Common Questions About Quotes

What do I need to send to get a quote?
A CAD file is fastest, but it is not required. A sketch with dimensions, a photo of the part you are replacing, or a written description of what it has to do is enough for a certified product engineer to price the job. If anything is missing, we ask before we quote rather than guessing.
How long does it take to get a quote back?
Within 24 hours on business days. You get a real number, price and lead time, from an engineer who has looked at your part, not an instant algorithmic estimate that changes once someone reviews the geometry.
Does requesting a quote cost anything or commit me to buying?
No. The quote and the design for manufacturing review that comes with it are free, with no obligation and no sales pitch. If the part is a bad fit for 3D printing, we say so.
What if my design is not finished yet?
Book a free consultation instead. If the design is still moving, a 30-minute call with a product engineer is faster than a quote request. Use the booking calendar on the contact page.
Is my design confidential?
Yes. Files and specifications you send are used only to quote and manufacture your parts. We do not share them, resell them, or use them as portfolio examples without your written permission.
