Production Services – From Prototype to High-Volume Manufacturing

October 2, 2025

Once your prototype is finalized, the next step is bringing your vision to life with full-scale production. At Snap Engineering Group, we provide rapid response manufacturing that adapts to your needs — from a handful of parts to tens of thousands. With state-of-the-art equipment and proven processes, we make sure every production run is fast, reliable, and consistent.

Scalable Production for Every Industry

No matter your industry — automotive, aerospace, consumer products, electronics, industrial components, or beyond — we can scale production to match your requirements.

  • Small, simple parts: We’ve produced thousands of units daily for customers who needed rapid replenishment.

  • Large, complex designs: Even for intricate geometries, we maintain high throughput, often delivering hundreds of parts per day.

  • Multicolor production: While multicolor printing introduces natural bottlenecks, our advanced equipment ranks among the fastest industrial-grade multicolor systems available.

This flexibility means no project is too small or too big. Whether you need a short run to test a market or a high-volume order to meet customer demand, we have the capability to deliver.

Precision and Quality You Can Trust

Consistency matters in production. That’s why we hold our processes to the same strict tolerances expected in professional manufacturing environments.

  • Accuracy to 0.2 mm – even in full-scale production runs.

  • Calibrated equipment – all machines are maintained and fine-tuned for precision output.

  • Expert inspection – every part is reviewed for color consistency, surface quality, and dimensional accuracy.

  • Performance testing – for select parts, we check elasticity, rigidity, and other functional properties.

Our commitment to quality ensures that every production batch meets your expectations and is ready for real-world use.

Extra Assurance on Every Order

We go a step further to guarantee customer satisfaction. For large production runs, we always include an additional 0.25% to 1% of parts at no extra cost. This way, if a part is damaged in shipping or handled roughly, you still receive the full quantity you need without delays.

Transparent Communication and Timelines

We know that production schedules are critical. That’s why we provide clear, upfront delivery timelines and maintain open communication throughout your project. From order confirmation to final shipment, you’ll always know the status of your production run.

Rapid Response Manufacturing in DFW and Beyond

Our location in the Dallas–Fort Worth area allows us to serve local businesses with high-volume, rapid-turnaround production runs. Many of our partners and customers in DFW rely on us for quick scaling and dependable fulfillment. Whether you’re local or across the country, our production services are designed to keep your business moving forward.

Andrew Mehany

Snap Engineering Group started with a spark in a Texas Tech University classroom, where our founder, Andrew Mehany, was first introduced to 3D printing. What struck him wasn’t just the technology itself, but the potential to create practical solutions for everyday problems. As the youngest of three siblings, Andrew grew up with hand-me-downs—often broken or missing pieces. 3D printing offered something new: the ability to design and produce parts that fixed what was broken or made something entirely new. That sense of possibility became the foundation of Snap Engineering Group. The business began in a garage with a single printer and quickly expanded to fill the entire house. Andrew started by offering services locally, listening to what people wanted designed or repaired. Rare replacement parts, once impossible to find, sparked demand online and turned side projects into real products. Andrew believes that every layer we print brings 3D printing closer to everyday life. Whether you’re browsing our creations or collaborating with us on your own idea, we’re here to help turn concepts into reality.
